1. Who we are
Sensual Barcelona ("we", "us") operates the website www.sensualbarcelona.es and provides artistic adult experiences in Barcelona and Catalonia.
2. What we collect
When you submit a booking request we collect: full name, email, phone (optional), preferred date, group size, the activity you are interested in and any free-text message you send us. We also collect technical data (IP, browser) for security purposes.
3. Why we collect it
To respond to your booking request, send you a tailored proposal, manage the deposit payment (via Stripe) and notify you of changes. We do not sell your data.
4. Email service
We use MailerLite to send transactional emails (booking confirmation, follow-ups). MailerLite stores your email on EU servers under their own privacy policy.
5. Payments
Deposit payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Write to info@sensualbarcelona.es.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies (session, language preference, age gate consent). No advertising or tracking cookies.
